It
was the pre-launch of The Noodle House, Karachi and all the food
bloggers were invited to taste the tangles that are offering by The
Noodle House under a friendly and informal environment, with broad
tables and comfortable seats in the middle of hall, along with easy
corner sofa seats for the family. From the menu carrier to the long
lines, dark wood and clean contour all the furniture was stylish. The
kitchen was all open as if the food is cooking in front of eyes. Plus,
the whole restaurant was Wi-Fi enabled with fast browsing service.
I
was also among the food bloggers invited at the pre-launch ceremony of
the restaurant to represent Unique Pakistan. The staff members warmly
welcomed me with a smile and took me to the table. The menu was already
present at the table and it was so easy just to mark the dishes you want
with a pen having ink nip at one corner and an artificial twist on the
other, giving perfect look of a noodle restaurant. The waitress
explained me the whole menu with pleasing and mouth-watering style I
would order the whole menu but my stomach bounds me to do that so I just
marked Wasabi prawns, Sweet corn soup, chicken with honey and vegetable
rice. There was a wide variety of desserts and mocktails but I ordered
the chocolate buns with lychee juice. While I was observing the cheerily
chattering people around me, the food was on my table just in a blink
of an eye.
The
fumes emitting aromatic dishes adorably decorated in mouth-watering
manner served to me gently. The sweet corn soup offered in The Noodle
House is a complete different recipe you had in any restaurant. The
sweet corn dipped in sappy syrup with chicken pieces decorated with
softly fried green Spanish was unique in taste. The brown colored
vegetable rice, tender chicken honey coated chicken with white sesame
seeds, flavorsome wasabi prawns and chocolate filled soft and tender
buns every dish was tasty, my stomach was filled but the desire to eat
more was not end till I left the restaurant.
After
having a fun filled and delightful dinner, all the bloggers gathered in
the hall where we introduced each other and had a photo session in
group and individually. It was a good step taken by the Catalyst PR
marketing to gather all the bloggers on a single platform under an
informal and friendly environment.

Savory
and juicy Wasabi prawns served with the mouth-watering mango syrup and
decorated with green and purple lettuce leaves, incredibly luscious and
well-seasoned chicken pieces dipped into sweet honey, garnished with
white sesame seeds and onion syrup, succulent prawn wonton noodle soup
served with tempting roasted duck, these are the few dishes from the
menu of The Noodle House, that is opened in Pearl Continental Hotel,
Karachi on September 28. After serving in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat,
Doha, Kuwait, Bahrain, Riyadh and Limassol, the South East Asian cuisine
chain of restaurants landed in Pakistan in 2002 with a remarkable
opening of its first outlet in Lahore, now the chain is ready to win the
hearts of Karachiites by serving the best quality of food fused with
different cultures. The Exclusive rights to open chain of the noodle
house in Pakistan are acquired by Zahdan Retail, a company of Zahdan
