Today during class lecture one of my class fellows shared some wonderful words with us:
"Now a day’s Politicians are ruling us not Leaders"
She further gave some examples of renowned former Leaders of Pakistan.
Another class fellow added the example of Mualana Mohmmed Ali Johar she said: when Mulana Mohmmed Ali Johar was shooted doctors found some coins in his pocket and about 4o to 80 rupees in his account (sorry if I am wrong). He was the national hero of Pakistan, Leader of his time and surprisingly he had a very low back account. On the other hand, today all Pakistani politicians have their accounts in Swiss bank.
My teacher added another example of Liaquat Ali Khan. She said: Liaquat Ali Khan was the leader who used to wear patched dresses.
Salute to him!
She further added a leader should look his nation first then to himself.
This topic was briefly discussed in today's class.
Later in the evening I found an e-mail in my inbox with the following picture:
If, the caption is not clear. Let me write the caption for you as I want to wake your sleeping souls up!
"In 1973, government of Congress came into being in India. On giving advice to his ministers to lead a simple life Gandhi said: "I can't give reference of Ramchand and Karshan because they were not the historical personalities. I am forced to present the names of Hazrat Umer (R.A) and Hazrat Abu Bakar (R.A). They were the rulers of the great kingdom but they spent the life of poors"
I was totally amazed after reading this statement. Gandhi was a non-Muslim but being a human he was well informed by the works of Khulfai Rashideen. He advised his ministers to follow the traits of Khulfai Rashideen.
But what we are doing today? I know your answer will be: we can't do anything. Everything is in the hands of the great politicians that are actually eating our country like termites.
If yes then I want to advice you clear you minds please!
I want to share a quote with you that you have heard much time:
"Jaise awam waisey hukumran"
I think this quote is enough to answer.
Politicians are someone voted by us, why not we youth bring a change. 63 years ago youths brought a change, we got liberated from the brutish Britishers. But, sadly, partition rocked us the other way. Don't you think the time has come for a new revolution?
ReplyDeleteyeah, time has come for a new revolution. People has to stand up against the politicians who are eating the country. Everyone is busy in making cash only.
ReplyDelete@Noor No offense!! Whatever the quote you have received in your mail is 100% true. But can you correct the year 1973 by 1937?
ReplyDeleteSome random Indian-not knowing about this incident-might instantly catch the flaw (Gandhi was not alive in year 1973). And result will be - he/she will not hesitate to throw out the baby with the bathwater.
