Teaching is the most respectable and noble profession. The
reward of a pre-school teacher is nothing more than the chant of an innocent
child who has just discovered ‘I can do it!’
Did you ever observe the increasing academic competition
among students? In our culture, education has been given immense significance
both religiously and socially but unfortunately due to our lack of awareness it
is mostly associated with the elementary, middle and higher schooling and less
importance is given to early childhood education that is the most basic amongst
all. Just like a farmer who first plough the ground, sow the seeds and watered
the crops to get the fruit. Early childhood education works the same way. It
prepares a child’s mind to understand basic chunks of information in a fun and
creative way which helps him in developing their personality socially and emotionally.
Further, it prepares them for bright future.
Seeking education has become an open challenge for students
of all walks of life; brain busting concepts, projects, and above all the race
of getting good grades has burdened innocent souls. In the meanwhile, if a
child is already familiar with a school set-up, basic concepts and have a
confident personality that ECED will give to them, schooling will become very
easy. Once they conquer the ground of academics, conquering life battles will
not be a challenge for them.
